This package includes:
- Shared round-trip airport transportation (CUN or TQO)
- Unlimited food and beverages per day for the adults registered in the room, and up to 2 kids under 12 stay free. Minimum stay 3 nights.
- Welcome beverage and fresh towel upon arrival.
- Breakfast included buffet at Arbolea restaurant
- Lunch & Snacks during the day at Chiringuitos and Ultramar
- Fine dining at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya restaurants: Maratea, Kengai, and Ultramar.
- Fine dining at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive restaurants: La Luce, Maxal, Auma, and Noriku.
- Open Bar 11 AM to 11 PM at designated restaurants & pool bars.
*Package excludes Tasting Menus, Autor, Ukai, Spa, and Culinary experiences.

The Ultra All-Inclusive Package is valid for new bookings made between now and December 20, 2026, and for stays between now and December 20, 2026. A minimum of three (3) consecutive nights’ stay is required.
This package does not apply to existing reservations or group bookings and cannot be combined with other existing promotions, discounts, or offers.
This package applies to the adults registered in the room and up to two kids under 12 years old.
Shared transportation is included, from Cancun International Airport or from Tulum International Airport – hotel – Cancun International Airport or from Tulum International Airport, and must be arranged at least 48 hours before arrival by email: CUNCI.Guest-Experience@ConradHotels.com
Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya includes: Daily Breakfast is included at Arbolea Restaurant from 7 am to 11 am. Lunch is included in one of the Chiringuitos and Ultramar. Dinner includes Ultramar, Maratea, and Kengai restaurants with prior reservation. Beverage service at designated restaurants, pools, and Ultramar.
Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya includes dinner at: La Luce, Maxal, Auma, and Noriku. Dinner requires a 48-hour advance reservation. Please contact CUNHI_GE@hilton.com to make your reservation.
